We collect PHI as part of the health and wellness services we provide, including live blood analysis, IV hydration therapy, and personalized coaching.

Training and Compliance
All employees and contractors of Health Logic Pros are trained on HIPAA compliance and our privacy practices. We regularly review our practices and policies to ensure adherence to HIPAA requirements.
